  • A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking, as outlined in your itinerary proposal.

  • Prices are quoted in the currency specified at the time of booking and may be subject to local taxes or fees.

  • In Residence reserves the right to correct any pricing errors prior to confirmation.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation policies vary depending on the experience, accommodation, or package booked.

  • Specific cancellation terms will be provided in your booking confirmation.

  • Deposits may be non-refundable. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14 business days.

  • In Residence is not liable for cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, political unrest, or public health emergencies.

5. Traveler Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate personal and travel information at the time of booking.

  • Ensure you hold valid travel documents, visas, and travel insurance for your destination.

  • Behave respectfully toward local communities, guides, and environments.

  • Comply with the laws and customs of all destinations visited.

In Residence reserves the right to remove any traveler from an experience without refund if their conduct is deemed harmful, disrespectful, or disruptive.

6. Limitation of Liability

In Residence acts as a facilitator and is not liable for:

  • Personal injury, loss, or damage arising from third-party services.

  • Delays, changes, or cancellations caused by providers or force majeure events.

  • Any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services.

We strongly recommend all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance prior to departure.
