In Residence reserves the right to correct any pricing errors prior to confirmation.
4. Cancellations & Refunds

Deposits may be non-refundable. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14 business days.
In Residence is not liable for cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, political unrest, or public health emergencies.

In Residence reserves the right to remove any traveler from an experience without refund if their conduct is deemed harmful, disrespectful, or disruptive.

In Residence acts as a facilitator and is not liable for:
Personal injury, loss, or damage arising from third-party services.
Delays, changes, or cancellations caused by providers or force majeure events.
Any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services.
We strongly recommend all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance prior to departure.
